From welcoming new clients to expanding locations and enhancing team training, 2024 has been a year of exciting milestones. A Growing Client Base
The Less than 24 Hour program has seen significant growth this year across both the Lead On and Hourly services:

Lead On Program:
- Welcomed two new clients, bringing the total to 22 clients across 8 locations.
- Poised for additional expansion with six potential client moves expected to result in the addition of two new locations.
- This growth highlights the program’s success in delivering customized support that meets each client’s unique needs.

Hourly Services:
- Added six new clients since the last Advisory meeting, bringing the total to 50 clients.
- Anticipates further growth with three potential new clients in the pipeline.
- Hourly’s continued success reflects its ability to provide flexible and effective care to a diverse range of clients.

Enhancing Team Oversight and Support

- New Supervisor Added: Hourly welcomed a new supervisor, enhancing oversight and providing critical support for team members as the program continues to expand.
- Improved Operations: This addition ensures that both clients and team members have access to the resources and guidance needed to succeed.
Investing in Team Training and Development
In 2024, the Less than 24 Hour program introduced comprehensive training initiatives to equip staff with the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional care:
- Mandt Training:
- Aimed at helping staff manage challenging situations with confidence and compassion.
- Focused on building stronger client relationships and fostering a safe, supportive environment.
- The final phase of the Mandt Training rollout is set to be completed soon.
- Medication Manager Training:
- Designed to prepare team members to meet the specific needs of clients requiring medication assistance.
- Enhances the skills of direct support staff, ensuring they are well-prepared to handle complex client care needs.
