Mastering the Mega Skills

Todd not only knows each of the Mega Skills by name and definition, he lives them. His consistent use of these skills has helped him grow in confidence, build strong relationships, and meet meaningful goals. His growth has been so significant that our team invited him to assist with Coaching 1, a staff training program we offer to AmeriServe team members.


From Client to Teacher: Supporting Staff Through Coaching

As part of the Coaching 1 program, Todd stepped into a peer mentorship role, helping to train new and existing team members. He shared what the Mega Skills mean to him and gave real-life strategies that helped staff understand how to apply these concepts when supporting clients.
