Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers
Ingredients:
2 Ibs. chicken tenders or breast
2 TBSPs, olive oil
Several skewers (soak wood skewers in water prior)
For Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce:
1 stick of butter
8-10 cloves of minced garlic
1/2 cups of grated parmesan cheese
1 TBSP hot sauce (add more if preferred)
2 TSP of red pepper flakes
1/3 cup fresh parsley
2 TSP paprika
For Chicken Seasoning:
1 TSP garlic powder
1 TSP onion powder
1/2 TSP salt
1/2 TSP pepper
Directions:
For Chicken:
1.) In a small bowl mix seasoning for chicken together (set aside).
2.) In another small bowl pour in the olive oil.
3.) Cut chicken into 3-imch pieces.
4.) Coat the chicken in olive oil then coat with chicken seasoning.
5.) Thread chicken on skewers, packing it on tightly together.
For Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce:
1.) In a pan heat butter and minced garlic until butter is half melted.
2.) Add red pepper flakes, hot sauce, parsley and grated parmesan cheese. Whisk together until
well combined.
Cook the Chicken:
1.) Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
2.) Put a single layer of chicken skewers in heather air fryer, cook for 5 minutes, flip over.
3.) Base chicken with butter sauce and cook for additional 2 minutes.
4.) Flip chicken again, baste chicken with butter sauce, and cook for additional 2 minutes.
5.) Sere and enjoy!
