Team Member Spotlight: Meet Tanja E.
Tanja has been a valued member of the AmeriServe family since August 2016. From day one, her positive attitude and genuine care for all clients have made her an invaluable asset to our team. Tanja’s commitment to understanding and addressing the unique needs of each client has made her a joy to work with. Throughout her tenure, Tanja has demonstrated her versatility by working in all three of AmeriServe’s programs. This experience showcases her extensive knowledge and skill in meeting any challenge that comes her way. In January 2024, Tanja transitioned to the DayHab Program, where she continues to shine.
Tanja is always willing to lend a helping hand to her co-workers and takes the time to listen to clients and their interests. Her flexibility and quick adaptability are truly admirable. Tanja consistently goes above and beyond for her clients, even volunteering to take them on extra activities during weekends, outside her regular hours. Tanja exemplifies how caring and teamwork can make a significant impact on the lives of others. We deeply appreciate her unwavering dedication to AmeriServe and our clients.
