Welcome to AmeriServe. Our mission is "Making lives better tomorrow by what is done today”. By accessing our services, programs, website, or resources, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. 

1. Acceptance of Terms
   • By using AmeriServe services, participating in our programs, or accessing our materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. 
2. Our Services
   • AmeriServe provides services to adults with intellectual disabilities in accordance with all applicable state, federal, and program requirements.  
   • Participation in services is subject to eligibility requirements, program availability, and applicable laws and regulations. 
3. Commitment to Dignity and Inclusion
   • AmeriServe is committed to treating individuals with dignity and respect, offering choices, and encouraging individuals to have active presence and involvement in all areas of their own lives.  
   • Discrimination, harassment, or abusive behavior toward individuals served; families, team members, or community partners will not be tolerated. 
4. Participant Responsibilities
   • Participants and representatives have responsibilities based on their eligibility, service selections, and applicable laws and regulations.  
5. Limitation of Services
   • Limitations of services include but are not limited to services that are outside of AmeriServe’s current licensure, certification, or scope of service.  
6. Privacy and Confidentiality
   • AmeriServe abides by applicable state and federal privacy laws, rules, and regulations.  
7. Intellectual Property
   • All content, materials, logos, program descriptions, and resources provided by AmeriServe remain in the property of AmeriServe unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited. 
8. Liability
   • To the fullest extent permitted by law, AmeriServe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in programs or use of services, except where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.  
9. Changes to Terms
   • AmeriServe reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
