Please follow these steps:

1. Delete and reinstall the app — If you haven’t already, completely delete HCMtoGo from your phone and download it again.
2. Company Short Name: Ameriserve
3. Region: North America
4. First-Time Login: If you have not yet logged into PayNW, use:
   • Username: Greendolphin! + the last 4 digits of your Social Security number
   • You will then be prompted to create a new password.
   • Important: When asked for your old password, enter the Greendolphin! password.

Also, everyone should now be able to view their PTO balance through their PayNW home dashboard, please let me know in a separate email if you cannot view.
