Steven has been an invaluable member of the Ameriserve family since July of last year, bringing with him a gentle demeanor and a heart of gold. Despite his initial shyness, Steven blossoms into a radiant ball of energy among familiar faces, spreading joy with his infectious smiles and hearty laughter. Initially apprehensive about venturing into the community and trying new experiences, Steven found solace and  encouragement in the Lead On Program. With gentle nudges and unwavering support, Steven bravely stepped outside his comfort zone, gradually becoming an active participant in our Day Hab program.

Now, he eagerly anticipates each day, never failing to embrace the opportunity to engage with his community. Beyond his community involvement, Steven finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. Whether he’s whipping up delicious meals in the kitchen, cherishing moments with loved ones, or relishing in some well-deserved alone time, Steven approaches each moment with sincerity and warmth. His compassionate nature knows no bounds, as he consistently extends a helping hand to those around him. Remarkably independent, Steven radiates potential, with aspirations to ascend to the Hourly Program—a testament to his determination and resilience. A true force on wheels, Steven’s dedication and spirit deserve the utmost recognition.
